Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handling documentation, data entry & administrative support to the department/supervisor
  • Operation arrangement & communication with internal & external parties
  • Attend to incoming calls & WhatsApp; take messages, respond appropriately
  • Maintain filing documents for record keeping
  • To assist in handling of basic accounting work
  • To liaise with suppliers
  • To undertake ad hoc work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI or fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal & oral communication skills (English, Malay) and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and SQL Accounting Software
  • Able to work well in a team to meet deadlines and with minimum supervision
