Assist with the preparation and filing of documents, forms, and reports.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry, invoicing, and processing payments.- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle petty cash and bank deposits.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Assist patients with billing and payment-related questions.
Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
