Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Maintain a system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets.- To coordinate & liaise with different department
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
Help maintain the budget plan- Organize and schedule meetings and events
Able to team up and working with other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents- To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management.
Job Qualification
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting equivalent with basic accounting knowledge .
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Good team player and have good communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
