Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and update daily employee schedule to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the schedule based on supervisor's instructions.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and handling inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing, finance or related field.
  • Adapt to unexpected situations and problem-solve with flexibility.
  • Patience, ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
