Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provides administrative support for the executive
  • Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Support teams with various administrative tasks
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients
  • Sort and process both incoming and outgoing mails
  • Deal with client complaints and issues
  • Collects and updates information to maintain departmental records, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office
  • Process end-of-day reports
  • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned



Job Requirements

  • Familiar with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Familiar with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly efficient time management skill
  • Able commence work immediately
  • No work experience required
  • Full-time position(s) available
