Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain Files and records with effective filling systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Deal with customer orders & requirement

Job Requirements

  • Required Languange(s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience of customer service will be plus
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
