Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word & Auto-Count system
Language : Mandarin, English and Malay
Job scopes:-
>Keeping records of work schedules
>Responsible in general account & admin work
>To assist in daily & routine operation & activities of account dept (Account Payable)
>Independent, initiative, self motivated with good personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
> Organizing filing & storing files
>General task for office
Working days / hours :-
> Monday to Friday (08:30am to 05:30pm)
Alternate Saturday
