Position Title: Admin Clerk

Location: Strong Luxury Sdn Bhd, No 19-2, The Trillium, Jalan Tasik Utama 3, Medan Niaga Tasik Damai Sg Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary:


The Admin Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the shoes department. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting the shoe merchandising head, and managing inventory and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:


- Administrative Support:

- To ensure that all sales orders from the salesperson, outlet, and consignment are coordinated and followed up on.

- Issuing documents for delivery orders, invoices, and credit notes (return).

- Updating the sales and inventory reports from the consignment counter, outlet, and dealer.

- Receiving and processing returns of goods from customers, outlets, and consignments.

- Coordinating with the warehouse to deliver, receive, and return all stock.

- Receiving goods for new stock and repeat orders.

- To print barcode stickers when requested by the supplier and warehouse.

- The inventory systems are always up to date.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

- Assist in ad hoc tasks given by the manager.

  • Office Management:

    - Liaise with building management and service providers.

  • Qualifications:

    - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).

    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

    - High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Work Environment:

    - This role is performed in a professional office environment.

    - Opportunity to be exposed to the Retail and Fashion Industry in Malaysia.

    - Working hour: 7.30 am to 5.30pm

    Salary:


    Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
