Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner- Review, respond and redirect emails received in promptly
Daily check mailbox for any incoming correspondence
- Scan physical correspondence received for digital filing as well as for Executive Assistant to email to designated person
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, including preparing courier dockets- Photocopying of letters/documents
- 2. Admin G-Drive and Database
Maintain an organized admin G-Drive for correspondence folders, files and tracking- Edit folder/file share accordingly for related collaborators
To ensure all data is kept securely and confidentiality maintained
- Update name cards in database G-Sheet
Keeping new records of database when necessary
To receive and respond to calls via Landline and WhatsApp messages via mobile- To track all queries received via email, phone and mobile in Customer Tracking G-Sheet
Update the CPD calendars and websites & Update CPD Pick List- Process CPD applications received from Training Provider
Issue CPD points to pharmacists
- Drafting and publishing I-Bulletin via Brevo
Update G-Sheet and track I-Bulletin payments
Job Requirement :- Qualification: minimum of Diploma in relevant discipline
Experienced in Admin, Healthcare is an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong determination to learn new things- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
