Job Description

  • Perform administrative duties effectively.
  • 2. Answering incoming calls and enquiries.
3. Assist and support sales and marketing teams.
  • 4. Perform order and processing tasks.
5. Assist administrative manager in handling administrative operations.
  • 6. Assist accounts department in accounting functions.
7. Handle and organize office filing systems effectively.
  • 8. Maintain stationery, office equipment and inventories.

  • Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma.
  • 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact .
3. Possess proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • 4. Computer literate.
5. Outgoing and independent.
  • 6. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related industries.
7. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
