Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in SQL software & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

  • Finance Administration: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, and basic financial tasks such as managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports for multiple entities.
  • Office Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed.
