Managing all administrative tasks such as sorting stock, billing, packing, and filing.
Handling stock keeping and receiving tasks, including data entry.
Ensuring quality control of incoming stock, maintaining records, and data.
Coordinating with courier companies for goods pick-up and monitoring deliveries.
Maintaining and updating customer databases and records.
Handling customer orders and follow-up tasks.
Conducting month-end stock checks on both inventory and samples, ensuring system accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
Providing additional administrative support and tasks as needed.
Assisting the sales team with stock checks and follow-ups.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent;
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Willing to learn and correct mistakes.
Have good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
Computer literate; MS Office i.e. Words & Excel and familiar with UBS Inventory (an added advantage, although not necessary as training will be provided)
Good interpersonal skills, team player and able to liaise with all level of people.
Mature, Working Independently, Positive Thinking & Attitude is a must
