Job SummarySupport the Head of HR & Admin with their daily operations, including seamless travel arrangements and efficient administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and effective workflow
Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions.
- Managing and assisting day-to-day general office administration work, operational, and coordination with regional offices.
Handling procurement tasks such as office supplies and equipment handling including sourcing, quotation compiling, handling, allocation, etc.- Planning and implementing office to work for the smooth running of office to ensure all office facilities are in good order.
Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections.
Performs all other special assignments and ad-hoc functions as assigned by the HOD/Admin Manager from time to time.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Malay and English.
- Intermediate skills in MS application especially Word, Power Point and Excel.
* Enthusiastic, confident, and friendly demeanour.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
