Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Data entry for sales, purchasing & logistic documents
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle sales inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor & follow-up on after sales operations
  • Liaise with suppliers for ordering process
  • Update and monitor shipment & delivery schedule

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) & SQL Accounting
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work location: Puchong
