- To preparing admin report as and when required by the Management
Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files and records- Liase and support all departments on any adminitrative matters
Any other relevant duties will be assigned from time to time by the management
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Degree or Diploma in any discipline- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
* Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
