Perform day-to-day general administrative filing, data entry and handling correspondence to ensure that documents are easy to locate and properly archived.
Accurately enter information into company databases, ensuring data is up to date and easy to retrieve.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, processing forms, and assisting with report generation.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
Job Requirements
SPM / O-level / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
Excellent communication skills.
Takes initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
