Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collect monthly student fees and bank into company account on a daily basis

- Keep accurate records and maintain a proper filing system

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on time as briefed

- Register new students, prepare confirmation letter/offer letter as required

- Handle certificate requisition and release certificates

- Prepare and send out memos, letters and emails as per supervisor's request

- Any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements:


- Minimum Diploma

- Must be able read simple English and Malay

- Careful, hardworking, disciplined and punctual

- Prior experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
