Job Description- Create and send invoices to customers.
Communicate with relevant parties regarding accounts and billing issues.- Keep track of money owed by customers, and update records with new payments and customer information
Create documentation relevant to billing activities.
- Gather, process, and disburse information related to billing.
Reconciling the companys bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
Generating the companys financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the companys finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior specializing in Accounting or equivalent.
Must have knowledge in Quickbook accounting system and data entry.- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Software packages, mainly Word & Excel.
Able to work independently.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
