Job Title: Admin Assistant
Division Weir Minerals COA
Location: Mutiara Damansara
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

- Responsible for managing and overseeing company's day-to-day administrative processes and efforts.

- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

- Assisting in daily office needs and managing companys general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities: (What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required)
- Update and maintain all administrative procedures and systems.
- Recruitments and training new joiners
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
- Be the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Maintaining an updated contact list
- Order new material and office supplies as needed
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: (Add MAX 4 bullets of desired eligibility requirements)
- Bachelors degree in office management may be preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an office setting and performing clerical work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain organizational methods that others can follow
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
- Good English spoken and writing skills
