Responsibilities :
- To perform general office administrative duties which include travelling arrangement, office event co-ordination, preparation of operational reports, etc.
To support in administrative matters which include document compilation, filing, licensing and other paper documentation works.- To assist in initialization and implementation of office standard operating procedures and ISO 9001 to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
- Assist in answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Forward emails to the respective personnel.- File and retrieve corporate documents and records.
Write and edit documents and instructional documents.
- Produce and distribute correspondence letters, faxes and forms.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.- Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Able to start immediately.
