Provide administrative support to team members for daily operations.- Issue invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and collect payments from customers.
Timely update the Stock Inventory Record and participate in the inventory reconciliation process as needed.
- Manage purchase orders received from the Sales & Marketing Department and discuss product availability and delivery arrangements.
Understand and ensure adherence to processes and procedures for store movements, inspections, and deliveries.- Collaborate with operations and functional areas to ensure effective and efficient completion of daily activities and assigned tasks.
Adhere to health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain documentation and accurate records.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior.
Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consistently follow procedures, ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately maintained and completed on time.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience in storage administration or billing is a plus.
Excellent customer liaison skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
