Responsibilities:
- Providing admin support to the business development department
performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail etc- handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in person
assisting with fact checks and resolving discrepancies
- Administering the tender process, ensuring that pre-qualifying questionnaires and completed, pricing approved and tender documentation submitted on time.
Providing regular and adhoc reporting as required to support internal and external customers in the tendering process.- Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and the information input is accurate.
Assists in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and contract negotiations
- Represents the Company at pre-tender meetings for tender clarification, negotiation and optimization of work scope.
Assists in developing tenders and bids for future work for the Company and to ensure all tender and contract development activities are in accordance with company procedures and technical work instructions
Background / Education:- Diploma in Administration or any related field.
Min 1 year experience in admin tender job
- Familiar with E-perolehan system
Familiar with tendering system- Ability to work well within tight deadlines;
Excellent organizational skills are a must
- Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word;
