Job Description

Job Descriptions
  • To handle office administration.
Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping using Excel.
Responsible for office inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Provides administrative support to senior executive/superior.
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks relating to Administrations.

Job Requirements
  • No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Computer literate and Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
