Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in general administrative and merchandising matters.
Update, prepare & print price tag in timely manner if there is any price changes.
  • Responsible in company internal stock transfer through system.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all administrative task.
  • Take photos of new products to upload in system.
Performing clerical tasks, including filling, printing, Autocount data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Assist & provide information and communicating with the customers who called in.
Assist in pantry stock ordering.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Job Requirements:
Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM (Preferred).
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft software (Excel/Word & etc).
Knowledgeable in Autocount system.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skill to excellent administrative and organizational skill.
Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work in team and able to start work immediately.

Job Type : Full Time , 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

Location : Lot 1903A, Ground Floor, Jalan KPB 7 Kawasan Perindustrian Kg Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
