Job Responsibilities:- Assist in general administrative and merchandising matters.
Update, prepare & print price tag in timely manner if there is any price changes.- Responsible in company internal stock transfer through system.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all administrative task.
- Take photos of new products to upload in system.
Performing clerical tasks, including filling, printing, Autocount data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.- Assist & provide information and communicating with the customers who called in.
Assist in pantry stock ordering.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM (Preferred).
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay.- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft software (Excel/Word & etc).
Knowledgeable in Autocount system.
- Superior written and verbal communication skill to excellent administrative and organizational skill.
Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately.
Job Type : Full Time , 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
