To assist and support daily operations in scheduling, documentation, and inquiries in a timely manner
Maintaining the filing system in an organized manner
Interview and liaise with customers.
Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Analyse, compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.

Motivated, detail oriented, organized, proactive and able to work in a team
Previous working experience in financial institutions or any related organization is preferred for this position.

Proficient is Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Experienced in organizing and maintaining a good manual and digital filing system.
Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Required skills : Customer service, computer literate, detail oriented, communication skills.
