About the Assignment:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Admin Assistant to join our Public Affairs team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and project management skills, who can manage a variety of tasks in an efficient manner.
The Core Objectives:
1. Coordinate the daily operations of the Public Affairs team; including but not limited to monitoring the team’s progress, identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements.
2. Assist in the implementation of public affairs strategies and initiatives; cross departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of objectives.
3. Organize and schedule team meetings, manage agendas, and ensure follow-ups; assisting in the preparation of preparations of presentations, reports and other communications materials.
