Job Responsibility
- To assist and follow Manager in monitoring Hub operations
- Analyse operation information and data.
- Responsible for the translation of important documents and meetings.
- Prepare reports as and when needed.
- To liaise and coordinate with external parties.
- Other issues requiring cross departmental communication.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Hub Manager.
Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 8:00PM - 4:30AM/ / 9:00PM - 5:30AM (Night Shift)
Working Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Job Requirements
- Diploma, degree holders or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as an assistant in related industry is an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin, Proficiency in BM and English is an added advantage.
- Must possess driving license as may need to travel for work.
- Familiar with MS Office and Data Analysis.
- Willing to work 6 Days / Week and Night Shift.
