Job Description:
- Assist in general office administrative matters and day to day operations
Handle correspondences in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages from social media.
Manage centre administrations and operations.
- Possess good customer service and attend to any walk in enquiries
Other duties as assigned by superior- Able to work Tuesday& Friday (
- 00am -6.00pm), Wednesday & Thursday (1.00pm - 10.00pm) and Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm).
Able to work at Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field and able to work independently and as a team
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)- Familiar with MS Word and Excel
Required Skill(s): Communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work at Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi
Able to start work immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
