ADMIN ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKING) - BASED IN SINGAPORE Answer and direct phone calls and emails- Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support toisitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Minimum GCE O level / Nitec / Diploma in any field- At least 1 year of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fast learner with a willing-to-do attitude, proactive, multitasking abilities and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
