Are you a billing whiz with a knack for customer payments and e-invoicing We want you! Were on the lookout for an Administrative Specialist to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Managing billing processes.
  • Responsible processing customer invoice, payments and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Responsible handling E-invoices, and utilizing SQL for accounting tasks.
  • Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support in filling job & prepare documentation.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in SQL Accounting will be advantage.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
