Job Description

Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Communication: Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and often serving as a liaison between executives, clients, and staff.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for business trips.
Event Planning: Assisting in organizing events, conferences, or company activities.Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (like Microsoft Office Suite), email systems, and possibly specific industry-related software.
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Problem-Solving: Addressing administrative issues and finding solutions independently or by coordinating with others.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
