  • Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for office-related materials and services.
  • Oversee daily office functions and maintain a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle messages and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Ensure timely renewal of tenancy and address any tenancy issues.
  • Track and maintain inventory of office equipment, furniture, and facilities.
Schedule and manage maintenance for company motor vehicles, which include renewal of road tax & insurances.
  • Assist in arranging interview meeting room / zoom.
Assist in travel-related applications and hotel coordination.
  • Provide local support for traveling personnel.
Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
  • Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal & communication skills, positive attitude, attention to details and accuracy.
Proficient computer skills.
  • Language: English, Malay (written and spoken).
Proven experience in Administration or in other administrative positions will be added advantages.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Position is to be based at Seremban 2
  • Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
