This position will be based in
TENANCY Department
Tenancy administrative works documentation and preparation of tenancy SOP. (New Tenancy and Renewal Tenancy Procedure)
- Close account/Termination of tenancy - preparation of termination, do refund payment, and matching statement of account
Do Monthly report or updating report, business licenses and work permit application administrative.- Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the manager from time to time.
General administations which include filing of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is systematic and documents are easily accessible.
Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration/Accounting.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy.- Good in communication and writing skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point.
Working days : Monday to Friday
- 30am -6.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
