Job Scope:
. To provide administrative work and operational support to the department.
Attend to incoming telephone calls, incoming fax, emails and outgoing couriers.
To attend guests at receptionist area.
. To check and send emails, letters, memos and other company documents as required.
. Efficiency in the administration of documents is required.
Manage the day-to day administrative and operation activities of the group of companies.
To responsible for office upkeep and facilities, general administration and etc.
To perform and other duties assigned from time-to-time.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) and other relevant software. Microsoft
At least 1 to 2 years working experience.
Own transport will be an advantage.
. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience. /
Proficient both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
