Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant / Document Controller to join our Health Safety Environment (HSE) Unit in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in a related field (preferably in Health Safety Environment).
- SPM / STPM holders with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Relevant experience in administration, document control, or records management.
- Experience in ISO document handling is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- A good team player with a proactive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks for the Health Safety Environment Unit, including documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of workplace safety and environmental performance.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of HSE-related documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain and organize the unit's ISO documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide clerical support, including scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to contribute to the ongoing improvement of health, safety, and environmental practices.
