Responsibilities:- To answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
To welcome visitors.- To maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
Monitor cleaner job.
- To assist in purchase office stationery, pantry items, office items and uniforms for office & dormitory and consumable item by prepare the paperwork, purchase process and inventory record.
To assist to monitor and documentation filing of company car maintenance service interval and others such as Insurance & Road tax renewal.- To assist to monitor and documentation filing of company hostel agreement.
Special Assignments/ Task designated by Management Director or General Manager.
Transport & accommodation arrangement.- Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc.
Handling all issues/problems/queries related to foreign workers.
- Handle Office Admin works.
Prepare Other Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Min. diploma or HR/Admin qualification from recognized institution.- At least 2 years working experience.
Proficient in MS Office and Internet savvy.
- Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as a team.
Willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
