Job Description:- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when is necessary.- Prepare confidential letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc.
To provide full administrative support including phone, typing, filing & distribution of correspondence.
- To provide support to the directors / managers/ management in administration.
Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by management.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
Able to meet deadline.- Ability to efficiently organizing digital files, folders and as well as hard copy filing.
