Position: Admin Assistant Cum Careline

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

You shall be responsible to the following:

• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.

• Opening the Centre in the morning and preparing the reception area to receive visitors.

• Ensuring that the front entrance of the Centre is clean and tidy.

• Switching on all lights and checking cleanliness of the interior, making a record of any poor levels of cleanliness or any maintenance issues and reporting as such to the management.

• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Handling basic inquiries from walk-in customers.

• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

• Requesting Guarantee Letters (GL), submitting daily claims and compiling monthly claims.

• Monitoring office supplies and reporting to management if and when to order replacements.

• Always practise soft skills appropriately when dealing with patient. Any problem or complaint should be reported to supervisor immediately for further damage control.
  
  Job Type: Full-time
  
  Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
