PM Advisors is a fast growing fintech company specializing in cashless payment solutions to our clients. We service top banks in Malaysia in their acquiring business and a wide range of merchants business portfolios.
Day to day administrative duties assisting Office Manager.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
Purchase office stationery, operations materials & beverages.- Verifying payments received.
Processing Commissions and verifying Staff Claims.
- Handling communications with sales agents and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Support Merchant Admin Team in processing Merchants Applications.- Assist in issuing Invoices.
Assist in preparing weekly Payment Vouchers.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Assisting and performing any other tasks or assignments as may be requested by management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level in any field.- Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills in supporting performance management are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese (will be an advantage).
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate, Microsoft Office, Internet
Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required in order to meet timelines and objectives.- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Good working attitude, self-discipline, responsible, wiling to learn and a good team player.
- Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
Able to communicate at all levels.- Able to handle and manage work related pressure.
