Responsible for the timely submission of purchase orders (PO) and goods received notes (GRNs) from designated customers such as Lotus, Billion, AEON, AEON Big, Mydin, Trendcell, TFP, and Checkers. Follow up on orders with the Operations Support Center (OSC) to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, prepare a weekly report on purchase orders.- Facilitate the distribution of designated accounts promotions to the Operations team across all regions.
Provide support for the Modern Trade (MT) team by handling tasks such as addressing customer complaints, coordinating new outlet openings, and maintaining tracking files. Compile the team's monthly customer meeting schedule.
- Assist in various reporting activities, including compiling the EMO list, tracking new outlets, summarizing promotions, and more. Handle the issuance of sampling, monthly/travel claims, and Purchase Requisitions.
Assist in managing the workflow of EMO/LOA/PR, coordinating with the MEM team and regional points of contact for the installation/pickup and purchase of coolers. Follow up on status updates as needed.- Support the MT team in daily operations and administration related to key account work.
Assist in raising monthly accruals and matching TSE claims for designated accounts.
- Generate Price Change Form (PCF) after confirming promotion submissions with customers.
Process Returns for all designated accounts.

Minimum requirement SPM / Diploma- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skill- Strong sense of responsible and attentive to details
Able to work independently as well as in a team
