RESPONSIBILITIES- Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing and deliveries arrangement
Follow up customers payment- Perform general administrative such as filing and controlling docs
Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Work together with warehouse team on monthly stock count & stocks control
Others related admin duties
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
MUST be a TEAM player- Good communication skill, positive, interpersonal skill, multitasking & able to work independently
Responsive with sense of urgency
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with suppliers.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor. Working Hours : Monday - Friday (
- 30am - 6pm)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
