Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide customer service.
Office Management:
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when needed.
Basic Accounting:
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry for invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budget tracking.
Communication: Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all record-keeping activities.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Prepare materials and logistics for events as needed.
  • Support to Management:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as required.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
  • Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
* Bahasa (Preferred)
