Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, organizing files, and assisting with daily operations.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.- Prepare and distribute letters, and other documents.
Maintain and organize files and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
Input data into spreadsheets and databases.
- Generate and distribute regular reports.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Address inquiries and provide information as needed.
High school SPM or STPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Office setting with standard working hours.
