Arrange the relevant personnel including but not limited to directors for signatories on relevant documents and/or resolutions
- assist and back up account departments for filling up forms
Office administration matters- Aarrange despatchs works and/or workflows
Aassistance to account exec to prepare for meetings
Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Respinsible , able to work independently
Professional manner and strong ethical code- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
