Key Responsibilities:- Assist managers with various tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
High school diploma or equivalent.- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Good attitude and polite.
Required language: Bahasa Melayu
