Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist managers with various tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Willingness to learn and work as a team.
  • Good attitude and polite.
Required language: Bahasa Melayu is a MUST.
  • Benefits:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
