Job Description:
- Support administrative work including data entry and registration into
databases, spreadsheets or other digital formats.
- Compiling reports for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Reviewing and checking data for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies and
correcting any inaccuracies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in generating project reports and preparing data analysis as requested.
- Maintains an organized and systematic filing and record keeping.
- Assist in coordination tasks which includes but not limited to inventory sourcing,
preparing project presentation slides, project schedule, job vacancy posting,
schedule interview appointment and other administrative support.
- Able to undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Requirement
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detailed-oriented and multitasking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
