Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours:
- 5 days, Mon Fri (8.30 am 5.30 pm), Sat (8.30 am 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support.- Addressing customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders.
Sorting and distributing incoming emails, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing emails.
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Competent with MS Office and computer skills.- Good team player, and able to work independently.
