Job Description

_Candidates for all above positions are also expected to possess the following general qualities :-_

_Job Description:_
  • _Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks._
_Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. _
  • _Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries._
_Managing petty cash transactions. _
  • _Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits._
_Perform month-end sales reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management._
  • _Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs._
_Other ad hoc duties/ tasks assigned from time to time._

_Requirements:_
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure, independently and a team player.
* Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month

    Expected Start Date: 04/02/2024
