Job Description

Tasks & Resposibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calss.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filling, data entry, order and manage office supplies and inventory and documents preparation.

  • Performs data entry and filling tasks for accounts payable

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

  • Assist with basic book keeping task, including invoicing, credit note, etc...

    Qualifications :


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint & Outlook), SQL system knowledge

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

  • Multitasking abilities with good organizational.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM qualification or higher in any field.

  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Flency in Mandarin is an advantage

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
