Tasks & Resposibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calss.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filling, data entry, order and manage office supplies and inventory and documents preparation.
- Performs data entry and filling tasks for accounts payable
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Assist with basic book keeping task, including invoicing, credit note, etc...
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint & Outlook), SQL system knowledge
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Multitasking abilities with good organizational.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM qualification or higher in any field.
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Flency in Mandarin is an advantage
