About The Job
As a Credit Control Senior Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Oversee the overall planning, supervision, and management of the unit, implementing collection and recovery strategies to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
- Actively manage all stages of overdue accounts within the HP portfolio to meet performance goals. Handle repossession processes and stay informed about legal procedures to ensure efficient asset recovery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance collection and recovery performance, including identifying potential buyers, to expedite the disposal of repossessed assets within reasonable timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against budgets and KPIs, making strategic adjustments to optimize results.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff within the HP unit, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Skills And Requirements
- Degree graduate in administration, financial or equivalent discipline
- Have 5 years of experience working in similar industry
- Proven leadership capabilities to lead and guide subordinates while working closely as a team
- Have analytic skills in planning for medium and long term
